TX Services is the new product, design and engineering center of Switzerland’s TX Group in Belgrade. If you want to play an important role in the growth of TX Services join as a HR Administrative Assistant! 

You will keep yourself busy with:

  • Supporting payroll process and cooperate with external payroll provider
  • Analyzing salary cost overview (net, gross and total employer cost) for employees entitled to Government subventions
  • Maintaining HR ERP system (employee master data, leaves, ERP change requests)
  • Maintaining employee personal file (soft copy and hard copy) 
  • Preparing employee contracts and annexes
  • Working on establishing and preparing HR policies, procedures, different types of decisions and other relevant documentation
  • Managing private health insurance registration and deregistration
  • Issuing various confirmation letters to employees (for bank loan purpose, kindergarten etc)
  • Managing transportation costs for all employees (busplus, gas station cards, gas bills)
  • Preparing reports and presentations for internal communication
  • Maintaining OSHE documentation and supporting HR Administration Manager in organizing OSHE mandatory trainings 
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor legislation
  • Providing  support to the Finance Manager related to the finance department needs (salary costs, transportation costs etc)
  • Acting as first point of contact to employees for payroll and HR administration related questions

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in a HR administrative role
  • Good knowledge of all HR operational processes 
  • Knowledge of Serbian labor law
  • Someone who can perform tasks efficiently and in the best quality
  • Curious, proactive and customer-oriented personality
  • Solution-oriented, independent person who can easily encounter obstacles in everyday life
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English speaker
