Goldbach, one of TX Group’s brands, is an advertising platform that works with print, radio, TV, out-of-home, and digital advertising throughout the German, Swiss, and Austrian regions. Goldbach neXT is a technical team aiming to build an innovative, self-service platform to enable SMEs to manage all of their advertising needs.

We are seeking a Platform Engineer (Platform/DevOps) specializing in platform engineering to join us in building the next generation of advertising platforms. You will help develop and maintain a common infrastructure that powers many applications reaching hundreds of thousands of users.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure and platform solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and other cloud-based technologies

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GoCD, and other automation tools

• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools using Python and Bash

• Collaborate with the development team to optimize and improve the performance of our product

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, and work to improve the reliability and stability of our platform

• Ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements

• Continuously improve and optimize the infrastructure and platform to support the growth and scaling of our product

• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to define and implement best practices for infrastructure, platform, and security

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and other cloud-based technologies

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and other automation tools

• Demonstrable skills in Linux, Python and/or Bash scripting

• Experience with Kafka, NoSQL & PostgreSQL management

• Knowledge of best practices in networking, security, containerization, orchestration, configuration management, and scaling

Nice to have:

• Experience in the advertising industry (digital or not)

• German is a plus
