Who we’re looking for:

A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who will participate in various implementation, development, and maintenance projects of SFMC inside of TX Group and the broader Swiss media market.

This person will be primarily responsible for building, testing, and maintaining SFMC platform custom code requirements defined by business stakeholders. He/She will also be able to administer the instance and develop solutions using declarative techniques.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with SFMC project stakeholders to understand business needs, shape business requirements, define optimal development strategy, set output expectations, and deliver features according to requirements.

• Design, develop, configure, code, test, and debug complex requirements related to the SFMC platform using both programmatic and declarative tools.

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

• Cooperate with other internal application teams to design and develop an integration solution between in-house applications.

• Collaborate in determining the optimal technical approach for new development requests.

• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for regular SFMC upgrades/releases.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.

• Experience with SFMC Connector, develop integrations between Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service clouds and third-party applications.

• Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud interactions and APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.

• Strong experience in developing responsive email templates and landing pages.

• Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's various modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.

• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales and marketing processes.

• Ability to interact with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications are a plus.

• Fluency in English
