What do we need?

We are looking for an addition to our team in the position of Payroll and Comp & Ben Specialist who likes to work in a very dynamic environment and enjoys the variety of the daily tasks - payroll, comp & ben, administration, and HR controlling. What exactly will you be doing?

• Act as the first point of contact for employees for payroll and HR administration related questions (for Serbia and Portugal).

• Support and maintain a seamless payroll process and cooperate with our external payroll provider for our entities (for Serbia and Portugal).

• Analyze the internal compensation package with market trends, and analyze the internal grading system.

• Support and advise Line Managers and Talent Managers related to Personnel cost calculations, subsidy changes, and local labor law regulations.

• Analyze and prepare calculations of the change of maximum taxable amount, change of contribution rates, or any other government-driven parameter with an impact on the Personnel cost (net, gross, and total employer cost).

• Personnel cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Work on establishing and preparing HR policies, procedures, different types of decisions, and other relevant documentation.

• Work on maintaining the HR ERP system (employee master data, leaves, ERP change requests).

• Maintain employee personnel files (soft copy and hard copy).

• Prepare employee contracts and annexes.

• Manage transportation costs for all employees (public transportation, gas station cards, gas bills).

• Manage private health insurance registration and deregistration.

• Issue various confirmation letters to employees (for bank loan purposes, kindergarten, etc).

• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication.

• Prepare internal training materials related to general HR topics for the employees.

• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is very analytical and focused on details.

• Has 5+ years of experience in all the above-listed tasks.

• Has a thing for Excel, formulas, different tools, and analyses.

• Has a good understanding of different payroll systems and labor law.

• Is eager to learn and progress.

• Loves to work in a dynamic environment.

• Maintains a friendly approach towards Employees, Line Managers, and other Stakeholders.

• Wants to become a companion of a big and diverse team.

• Speaks English fluently.
