To expand our PMD Belgrade Team at our TX Services site in Belgrade, we are currently looking for a Salesforce Platform Technical Architect. 

The activities of this role would include, amongst others:

  • Be in close touch with business to propose solutions on the SF platform.
  • Do requirements engineering on incoming change requests so ensure deliverables are in line with expectations.
  • Model and implement new high-scale changes on the multiple ORGs that TX manages, including data models, data integrations with other platforms, user input flows and complex business processes.
  • Collaborate with other team leads to implement cross-platform features.
  • Define and execute data and process migration strategies and rollouts.
  • Help development team, solve as much as possible their technical blockers, propose best practices and ensure quality of implementations and testing.

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience on delivery of Salesforce projects as a developer, architect of technical consultant.
  • Proficiency on Apex development, as well as on the diverse declarative Salesforce customization methods.
  • Experience with LWC, Aura and Visualforce as they are used on many of the customizations in place.
  • Experience both with Classic and Lightning interfaces and migrations.
  • Awareness of data and metadata migration and deployment methods. 
  • Experience with data management design: integrations, Bulk operations, time criticality, etc.
  • Awareness of Salesforce Platform limitations, as well as best practices on how to avoid them.
  • Good knowledge on platform security (authentication, login control, network access, etc) and how to enforce it.
  • Good documentation skills and experience diagramming business flows and technical designs.
  • Adaptability on communication: being able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • As a big plus, knowledge on how SF Platform integrates with other products of the Salesforce Ecosystem.
